1. ELIGIBILITY. 

The Thirteen Court Guard Squads Aptitude Test Campaign (the "Promotion") is open to individuals who are at least twenty (20) years of age or the age of majority in their countries/ states (whichever is older), as of the start date of the Promotion. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates companies under common control with Sponsor. The notions of parent company, subsidiary and control shall be understood as per article L233-1 and seq. of the French Commercial code., vendors, and their respective immediate families are not eligible to enter this Promotion. If the winner is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to another participant and to require the return on any prize already rewarded. THIS PROMOTION IS OPEN TO WORLDWIDE, PROVIDED HOWEVER THIS PROMOTION IS VOID IN QUEBEC, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD. 

The Promotion begins on October 20th, 2026, at 03:00 PM (UTC) and ends on October 31st, 2026, at 02:59 PM (UTC)(the “Promotion Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER. 

To enter the Promotion, please complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

Access to the Thirteen Court Guard Squads Aptitude Test (the “Website”)
Login to the Website by using your Bandai Namco ID;
Follow the steps displayed on the Website.

Must complete all steps to be entered.

Limit one (1) entry per person. 

(i) Bandai Namco ID is required to complete entry and receive reward.
(ii) Bandai Namco ID is not supported in some regions.
(iii) Depending on your usage environment, you may be unable to access the Website.
(iv) If you are unable to access the Website due to network connection issues, please try again later in a location with a good network connection.
(v) Sponsor is not liable for any deletion, loss, etc. of applicant’s Bandai Namco ID.

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Any attempt to enter multiple times, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, will result in disqualification.  Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.  All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor.

4. In-Game Item. 

Every applicant will receive five hundred (500) in-game items: *Mirror Gems.
*Mirror Gems will be provided through item box to each applicant within thirty (30) days from the reception of Mirror Gems (the “Receiving Period”).
Please note that you will not be able to receive Mirror Gems once the Receiving Period has expired.
The applicants will be responsible for any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of such reward.  Rewards are not transferable or redeemable in cash.  No reward substitution is allowed except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All rewards will be awarded. 

5. HOW TO RECEIVE In-Game Item.

Please download smartphone application BLEACH Mirrors High (the “BLEACH Mirrors High”) and complete the data transfer setup using the *Bandai Namco ID. Once the data transfer is complete, applicants will receive a reward in the Item Box.
*Please note that if applicant completes the data transfer setup using a Bandai Namco ID different from the one applicant used to log in to the Website, applicants will be unable to receive the rewards.

6. NOTES. 

Redistribution or commercial use of the materials as well as the images through the Website is strictly prohibited.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets, to these materials belong to Sponsor or the copyright holder. These terms do not imply any transfer of the intellectual property rights related to these materials.
Sponsor provides no warranties whatsoever to applicants regarding the use of the Website.
The Website offers a video generation function. Performance may be unstable depending on applicant’s device's specifications and network connection.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. 

The Promotion is subject to these Official Rules.  By participating and/or accepting a reward, you agree: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules; (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules; (iii) that Sponsor may prohibit a participant from participating in the Promotion if it, in its sole discretion, determines such participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in any way; (iv) the prizes are provided “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied; (v) to release Sponsor, and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities together with their respective directors, employees, officers, licensors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage including but not limited to injury in connection with awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in the Promotion; (vi) that Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; and (vii) that the laws of Japan without regard to conflict of law’s provisions, will govern all disputes and claims arising out of this Promotion, and shall be brought exclusively in the Tokyo District Court.
